Helping you
reconnect with
yourself.

A safe space to slow down, reflect,
heal and create lasting change.

Sometimes life feels overwhelming.
You may feel anxious, exhausted, stuck, or unsure about your next step.
Perhaps you’ve spent years taking care of everyone else while losing touch with yourself.
You don’t have to figure everything out alone. Together we’ll gently explore what is happening beneath the surface so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence and peace.

♡   Empathy. Understanding. Empowerment.   ♡

You are heard. You are seen. You matter.

About me

A calm presence for meaningful change.

I help you understand yourself with compassion, reconnect with your inner strength and make changes that feel true to you.

Hi, I’m Pepita.

I believe every person already carries wisdom within them. Sometimes stress, old beliefs and earlier experiences make that wisdom harder to hear.

My role is not to tell you what to do. It is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood and supported while discovering your own answers.

Why this work matters to me

For more than fifteen years I have been deeply interested in psychology, emotional well-being and personal growth. My own experience with therapy and coaching has shaped the empathy and practical understanding I bring to this work.

In my professional and private life, I have supported people – often women – through change, uncertainty and important life choices.

Coaching is available in Dutch, English and German, so you can speak in the language that feels most natural to you.

Professional background

A foundation in people, psychology, leadership and meaningful change.

My coaching draws on academic study, years of working closely with people, continued learning and my own long-term experience with coaching and therapy.

01 · Education

Social sciences & sociology

I studied social sciences in the Netherlands from 2006 to 2011 and hold a Master of Science in Sociology. This gave me a strong foundation in how people, relationships, environments and social patterns influence the way we think, feel and behave.

02 · Teaching

University teaching and tutoring

Between 2010 and 2013, I worked at university as a teacher and tutor. I supported students in their learning, reflection and personal development, and learned how to create structure, confidence and psychological safety.

03 · Leadership

Mentoring and people leadership

During my career in consulting and banking from 2014 to 2026, I worked as a mentor, team lead and line manager. I supported individuals and teams through development, uncertainty, change and difficult conversations.

04 · Coaching

Coaching individuals and teams

I have coached individuals and teams throughout my career, helping people reflect, build confidence, communicate more clearly and identify practical ways forward.

05 · Continued learning

Psychology, coaching and well-being

Over the past ten years, I have completed a range of trainings and courses in authentic leadership, coaching, psychology, therapy and mental well-being. I continue to deepen my knowledge and practical approach.

06 · Facilitation

Workshops on well-being and growth

I have facilitated workshops throughout my professional career in consulting and banking. Today, I also facilitate workshops with older adults on well-being, mental health, resilience, connection and lifelong learning.

I have always been especially interested in psychology and the power of the mind—how thoughts, feelings and deeply held beliefs can shape the way we experience life.

My approach

Warm, psychologically informed and practical.

We slow things down, become curious and gently explore what is happening beneath the surface.

Deep listening

A calm, judgement-free space where you can say what truly matters and feel fully seen.

Understanding patterns

Explore how beliefs, feelings and experiences from earlier life may still influence you today.

Practical tools

Learn simple, useful ways to regulate stress, shift perspective and support yourself in daily life.

How I can support you

You do not have to wait until things feel unmanageable to ask for support.

You may recognise one or more of the experiences below. The list is not exhaustive, and you are welcome to reach out even when what you are facing feels difficult to put into words.

  • Anxiety, stress or overwhelm
  • Feeling stuck or unsure how to move forward
  • Difficult life choices or transitions
  • Unprocessed emotions
  • Low self-confidence or self-worth
  • Communication and relationship challenges
  • Sleep difficulties or persistent tension
  • A wish for more joy, meaning and fulfilment
Let’s connect

Your next chapter can begin with one conversation.
